Is a cup of tea easy to fix? Let’s find out.

For some people, tea is a quick fix indeed. Just rip the sachet, dip the bag, add sugar, move on with life. For others, tea is not a drink, it’s an event, a full-blown ceremony involving a pot that has clearly seen things.

No questions asked. Preparation is simple:Boil water, Drop tea bag, Add sugar (sometimes milk, sometimes vibes)Done.

The Second group? These people first have to surmon the spirit of tea who is always present with them, (bro just need to be tickled). They require an average of 30-40 minutes to make fix tea, depending on their mood and the grace of God. Once they lit up their burner and the pots is on fire, they throw in tea leaves (mostly dried), lemon grass, ginger, cloves, a sprinkle of cinnamon, then water as base ingredient. The aroma of this tea travels miles and ones it reaches you, be rest assured your sadness is gone.

The taste is Bold. Spicy and Slightly aggressive. One sip and your chest opens, your nose clears, and your ancestors feel acknowledged. The aroma enters the room before the cup does. Neighbours know tea is happening.
